About the workshop:
Cat Movements – a two-hour movement session focused on body awareness. During this practice, you’ll rediscover how to find bliss in your body through slowness, self-trust, and connection with your tissues and joints.
Sing Yourself – a workshop inspired by finding tools for grounding and rooting through singing and humming. Participants will also learn to define their personal space with sound. The session ends with a collective intentional song accompanied by a shruti drone. (No prior singing experience required.)
Gentle Touch – in this session, you’ll learn everyday techniques for releasing accumulated tension through conscious neuro-sensory touch, visualization, and mindful micro-movements—respecting your own limits and comfort zone.
Connection with Rhythm and Sound – in this workshop, we explore the primal power of the voice and drum rhythm as tools for expression, grounding, and inner harmony. Voice and rhythm have accompanied humanity for centuries—helping us express emotion, integrate body and mind, and build community.
