One-Day Trip to Wisła

We start the day with a visit to the Adam Małysz Ski Jump—a cult landmark even if you’ve never watched the Four Hills Tournament. The massive structure from which the “Eagle of Wisła” once sailed to gold is awe-inspiring in person. You can walk right under the ramp, climb up to the viewing platform, and feel that rush of adrenaline… without actually jumping, of course 😉

Next, we shift into a completely different dimension—regional culinary workshops held in an authentic Beskid cottage or out in the open. You’ll learn to make local specialties—maybe moskole, maybe kwaśnica, or potato pancakes with cracklings, or homemade sour rye soup. Everything smells amazing, everything is hand-crafted, everything is real. And then, of course, the tasting! After our feast, it’s time to get moving—yet still in style. We climb into horse-drawn wagons for a “green” kulig along Beskid paths and meadows.
