About the workshop:
Artists use natural, locally sourced instruments and draw on highlander culture to weave a story designed to create an emotional space for deep relaxation, self-regulation, and self-reflection. The concert can be experienced lying down—on yoga mats in deep relaxation—or seated.
After the 45–60 minute performance, there’s a presentation and discussion of the instruments (including shepherd’s flutes) and time for ethno-anecdotes about the culture of the Silesian and Żywiec Beskids highlanders.
Ewa Wolf — a highlander from Wisła, inheritor of her grandmother’s herbalist storytelling skills, cultural scholar, and performer.
Konrad Szot — multi-instrumentalist, performer, nomad, and therapist. Raised by a Masurian lake, his heart belongs to the Mountains.
